Pinday's Appraisals is a locally operated Real Estate Appraisal firm owned by Pinday Syan. It was formed in 1987 after having obtained his designation as a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA).

He has the designation FRI and FRI(A) - Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada as well as CMR - Certified Real Estate Management from the Real Estate Council of Canada.

We specialize in Real Estate Appraisals consisting of Residential, Acreages, Farms, Industrial and Commercial.

The Appraisal Institute of Canada has a Mandatory Recertification Program for the designated members, and we have fulfilled the requirements of the program for the current cycle year which ended 2004.
