I have trained seven candidates in the Real Estate Appraisal business during the last 24 years, and all except one have gained their Residential Accreditation and are working in the same field.

I have hired three candidates who have been articling with me since January 2005, after having completed their required Appraisal and Mandatory Courses.

• Experience includes 32 years real estate brokerage and 24 years completing fee Appraisal assignments involving urban residential, rural residential, agriculture and commercial properties
